CONDITION REPORT

Executed on buff wove paper. The sheet has been laid down to a board. There is a 1/2 inch tear along the top edge which has been laid down. Some minor nicks to the sheet along the top edge. The medium is fresh and bright. The work is in overall very good condition. Framed: 16 5/8 by 19 1/2 in. (42.3 by 49.5 cm.) The artwork is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale.
